QDP has decades of experience in high-speed stamping, supported by our proprietary stamping tool designs. This unique expertise allows us to consistently deliver precision parts within the tightest tolerances. Unlike many competitors, every stamping tool we run is both designed and built in-house. By having the tool designer also serve as the toolmaker, nothing is left to guesswork — customers benefit from complete control and unmatched precision.

Laminating and Slitting Services

QDP offers advanced laminating and slitting solutions. We can laminate adhesives to a wide variety of plastic films and metals, tailoring the adhesive properties to match the specific performance requirements of each application.

Our proprietary slitting blade configuration sets us apart, enabling us to hold a width tolerance of +/– 0.010”, far more precise than the industry standard of +/– 1/32”. For applications requiring even greater precision, our metal slitting capabilities can achieve +/– 0.001”, well ahead of the industry norm of +/– 0.010”. In fact, we have successfully slit adhesive-laminated stainless steel as thin as 0.0007”.

Clean Room Manufacturing & Engineering Support

QDP also maintains controlled Class 10,000 (ISO Class 6) clean room environments, enabling us to manufacture components that meet the strictest cleanliness and quality standards. Our team provides comprehensive engineering support, prototyping, and tooling services for both metal and film stampings, including adhesive-laminated materials.
