QDP, Inc. is excited to announce the recent expansion of our facility, which adds an additional 3,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space adjacent and connected to our existing 8,700 sq. ft. facility. Several updates were made to the addition including new electric service, a fresh coat of paint, and a new floor. All building improvements were optimally configured to facilitate our expanding capabilities, including in-house tool and die making, large capacity precision CNC machining, and wire EDM.
Transitioning all of our tool & die work in-house was the primary motivation for this venture. In keeping in-line with our company motto of Quality – Delivery – Price, this expansion offers us the ability to pass on even greater benefits to our customers as shown below.

To complete the expansion, we also hired a first class tool and die maker who is knowledgeable and experienced in toolmaking. Our 100% in-house tooling not only gives us more control of die building, it also allows us to provide faster die maintenance on-site when needed. Ultimately, this amounts to an even tighter collaboration with our customers throughout the entire turnkey process of design, engineering, and manufacturing the precision components our customers have relied on from QDP, Inc. for over 20 years.
